UEECHO PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: August 19, 2026

UEECHO is an online store operated by Changsha Huilifeng Software Technology Co., Ltd. (“UEECHO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse ueecho.com, purchase a product, create an account, contact us, or otherwise use our website and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Please review this policy before using the Services. If you do not agree with it, you should discontinue use of the Services.

PRIVACY AT A GLANCE

The information we handle generally depends on what you do:

  • When you shop: we use contact, delivery, order, and limited payment-status information to complete the transaction.

  • When you browse: cookies and similar technologies can collect device, website-use, cart, and advertising interaction data.

  • When you contact us: we use your message, order details, and related records to respond and resolve the request.

  • When you send a gift: we use the recipient information you provide to deliver the order.

  • When you exercise a privacy choice: we use enough information to verify and complete the request.

We do not generally receive or store complete payment card numbers. Payments are handled by Shopify and participating payment providers.

1. WHEN THIS POLICY APPLIES

This policy applies to personal information handled through the UEECHO Services. It does not control independent websites, platforms, payment services, or other third parties that maintain their own privacy policies.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights or require different disclosures. The regional sections below apply only when the relevant law covers UEECHO and your information.

2. INFORMATION YOU GIVE US

We may collect information that you submit when you place an order, create or use an account, request customer support, leave a review, complete a survey, join a mailing list, enter a promotion, or otherwise communicate with us.

This information can include:

  • Name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address

  • Account login details, saved preferences, and communication choices

  • Products ordered, purchase history, returns, refunds, and cancellation records

  • Customer service messages and supporting photographs or video

  • Reviews, survey responses, promotion entries, and other content you submit

  • Marketing preferences and unsubscribe choices

Please provide only information that is accurate and relevant to your request.

3. CHECKOUT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Shopify and participating payment providers process payments. We may receive limited transaction information such as the payment method type, billing details, payment status, fraud-screening result, and transaction identifier.

Complete card numbers and similar payment credentials are generally collected directly by the payment provider rather than UEECHO. The provider’s own privacy terms also apply to its handling of that information.

4. INFORMATION COLLECTED DURING WEBSITE USE

When you access the Services, we and our providers may automatically collect information such as:

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, and device identifiers

  • Approximate location, language, region, and time zone

  • Pages viewed, links selected, searches, products viewed, and time spent on the Site

  • Cart, checkout, purchase, and account interactions

  • Referring pages and interactions with emails or advertisements

  • Cookie identifiers, log data, and similar technical records

We use cookies, pixels, tags, server logs, software development kits, and comparable technologies to collect this information.

5. INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM OTHERS

We may receive information from companies that help operate the Services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, fraud-prevention services, analytics providers, advertising partners, and social media platforms.

Where permitted, we may combine partner-provided information with information collected through the Site to complete orders, improve the Services, measure advertising, or protect against fraud.

If you send a product to another person, you may provide the recipient’s name, delivery address, telephone number, or email address. You are responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to provide that information.

6. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use personal information to:

  • Accept payment and process, fulfill, deliver, and track orders

  • Send transaction confirmations, shipping notices, and service messages

  • Provide customer support and manage returns, refunds, cancellations, and product concerns

  • Create and maintain customer accounts and saved preferences

  • Operate, test, analyze, secure, and improve the Services

  • Detect fraudulent payments, unauthorized activity, abuse, and security incidents

  • Personalize website content and product recommendations

  • Deliver and measure marketing or advertising where permitted

  • Maintain business, tax, accounting, dispute, and compliance records

  • Respond to lawful requests and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

  • Carry out another purpose disclosed when information is collected

7. LEGAL REASONS FOR PROCESSING

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on one or more of the following:

  • Contract: the processing is necessary to accept an order or provide a service you requested.

  • Legitimate interests: the processing supports activities such as website improvement, security, fraud prevention, customer service, and business protection, balanced against applicable privacy rights.

  • Consent: you agreed to a specific activity, such as certain marketing communications or non-essential cookies. Consent can be withdrawn as permitted by law.

  • Legal obligation: the processing is required for tax, accounting, regulatory, consumer-protection, or other legal duties.

8. COOKIES AND SITE CONTROLS

Cookies and similar technologies help us operate checkout, keep items in your cart, remember preferences, understand Site performance, prevent fraud, and support advertising.

They may include:

  • Essential technologies for checkout, security, account access, and cart functions

  • Preference technologies for language, region, currency, and saved choices

  • Analytics technologies that show how visitors use and navigate the Site

  • Advertising technologies that measure campaigns or help provide interest-based advertising

You can use your browser settings and, where displayed, our cookie controls to manage non-essential technologies. Blocking cookies can affect checkout, account access, saved carts, or other Site functions.

Some browsers and extensions send opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Where applicable law requires recognition of a supported signal, we will process it as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending it.

9. WHO MAY RECEIVE INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to the following categories of recipients:

Shopify and Store-Service Providers

Providers may support website hosting, checkout, customer accounts, data storage, customer service, communications, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, and information security.

Payment and Fraud-Prevention Providers

Payment processors, banks, card networks, and risk providers use relevant information to authorize transactions, prevent fraud, process refunds, and handle disputes.

Warehouses, Carriers, and Customs Partners

Fulfillment providers, warehouses, shipping carriers, customs agents, and delivery partners may receive names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and order details needed to deliver and track a purchase.

Analytics and Advertising Partners

These partners may receive cookie data, device identifiers, browsing activity, advertisement interactions, and purchase-related information. Under some privacy laws, particular advertising disclosures can be considered “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted-advertising processing even when no money is paid for the information.

Legal, Safety, and Business Recipients

We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our policies, prevent fraud, protect people or property, or complete a merger, financing, restructuring, acquisition, asset sale, bankruptcy, or similar transaction.

Parties You Choose

We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or provide consent.

10. ADVERTISING AND OPT-OUT CHOICES

UEECHO does not sell personal information for money. However, as described above, some cookie-based advertising activities may be defined as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain laws.

Where an opt-out right applies, you may use available Site cookie controls, send a recognized browser preference signal, adjust your browser or advertising-platform settings, or email service@ueecho.com with the subject line “Privacy Opt-Out.”

11. RETENTION, SECURITY, AND INTERNATIONAL HANDLING

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. The period can vary based on order status, customer relationships, tax and accounting rules, fraud prevention, disputes, warranties, operational requirements, and other legal obligations.

When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable law and technical limitations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse. Transaction information is transmitted using industry-standard encryption where supported.

No website, storage system, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and using trusted devices, browsers, and networks.

International Processing

UEECHO serves customers in multiple countries. Information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, China, and other locations where our providers operate.

Data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards and take reasonable steps to protect information in accordance with this policy.

12. YOUR PRIVACY REQUESTS

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may be able to:

  • Request access to personal information associated with you

A request may be limited or denied where permitted by law, including when records must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or contractual purposes.

You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right that applies to you.

14. EEA AND UNITED KINGDOM RIGHTS

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and applicable data-protection law covers the processing, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability. You may also withdraw consent without affecting processing completed before withdrawal.

You may lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority where you live. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the concern.

15. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The online store and checkout Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate authorization, email service@ueecho.com. We will review the report and take appropriate action where required.

16. EMAILS, TEXTS, AND SERVICE MESSAGES

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by selecting the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting service@ueecho.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about orders, payments, delivery, account security, returns, or customer support.

If you separately consent to promotional text messages, message and data rates may apply. You may opt out by replying STOP or following the instructions in the message.

17. EXTERNAL LINKS

The Site may link to third-party websites, applications, or services. We do not control their security, content, or privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of each third party before providing information.
